1. Pat the fish fillets dry and season both sides with 1/2 tsp (2.5 g) salt and 1/4 tsp (0.75 g) black pepper. Set aside. 2. In a bowl combine shredded green and red cabbage, cilantro, lime juice, white wine vinegar, sugar, and a pinch of salt; toss and refrigerate to marinate while you prepare the fish. 3. Mix yogurt, mayonnaise, horseradish, hot sauce (if using), cumin, remaining 1/2 tsp (2.5 g) salt and 1/4 tsp (0.75 g) black pepper in a small bowl; taste and adjust seasoning. Refrigerate. 4. Heat 2 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering. Add the fish fillets and cook 2–3 minutes per side, depending on thickness, until golden and just cooked through (opaque and flakes easily). 5. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or wrapped in foil in a low oven for 5 minutes. 6. Flake each fillet into large pieces. Assemble tacos by placing fish on tortillas, topping with cabbage slaw, a drizzle of horseradish-yogurt sauce, avocado slices, and a lime wedge. Serve immediately.
