Remove the tongue from the pot and let it cool slightly. Peel off the outer skin and slice the tongue into thin strips. 3. In a skillet over medium heat, lightly sear the tongue slices until they are golden brown on both sides. 4. Warm the corn tortillas in a dry skillet or over an open flame until pliable. 5. Assemble the tacos by placing a few slices of tongue in each tortilla. Top with chopped cilantro, chopped onion, and a squeeze of lime. Add your favorite salsa for extra flavor. 6. Serve immediately, accompanied by extra lime wedges and salsa on the side.
